Hello and welcome to Chiperia 11. This time with graphics by Critikill and Bonefish on the code. together With the best musicians that amiga scene currently have to offer!! And It's been crazy long time since last Chiperia - 5 years, to be exact. A lot of you already gave up on us, other stopped believing that it will ever be done again, but we all hope that it was well worth a wait! Love is in the ear!! enjoy!! text wraaap....

Slash on the keys - This little co-op was made to test our forces together again, we had this big co-ops before and it turned out well - so why dont try it again. It's really nice that this issue is finally out - thanks to everyone involved.. Triace on the keys... Some people might say "wait, what, Easter is over" so to these we might say that they might have forgotten some Easter eggs. Before they smell fowl, please turn up your bleepers for some little cute chip chip. Virtual hugs for free for anyone enjoying this. Don’t take it too serious, at least we had quite some fun pulling this off. Insane in the brain and happy in your tracker. Vedder here. Glad to be a part of this coop and this issue of chiperia. Until next time....

Howdy! Here is Magnar's small contribution to this Chiperia release. This is actually a module I started to compose on back in 1993-94 but I never finished it. So, when I found this song after finally transferring files from my old Overdrive Amiga HDD to my PC, I thought it would maybe cheer people up abit with some very-very happy flute melodies! Would it fit a Superfrog 2 platformer game? :) Big personal greetings to all in Nah-Kolor, Lemon., Cosmic Orbs, Desire, Scoopex, Offence, Spaceballs, Uprough, Insane, Mahoney, TBL and all the other great Amiga-dudes I know out there. Also a very big shout-out to everyone in the Commodore 64 scene! Stay safe! Cheers! /Magnar is off....

Notorious here. It's finally like a normal year without the talk of viruses and working remotely. Today, looking back, we see how those challenging times took quite a toll on our lives. But we are alright, aren't we? I hope you are! This chiperia has been brewing for quite some time and I, for one, is happy to see that our favourite Bonefish didn't give up on it! It's been a bit different since Slash released the reins, switched group and whatnots. But he became much healthier and happier when he did so kudos to him! I'm happy that we are still here because it seems we are going into that next phase when people start collecting afflictions... I feel old now just saying it... creativity is flowing out like puss.... I know, a bit too delectable but let's continue to innovate, to share, and to say, with renewed conviction: go and make a demo about it!

Cheers from Notorious!

Won't you watch the fireworks with me? Robyn here on Chiperia once again with my tune 'hanabi'! The title is essentially the Japanese word for fireworks. I figured I would put my feelings of summer into this track, as it's like every day is summer. There is such lovely weather out here in England and I get to enjoy it more now that I'm in quarantine at home instead of in an office. Thank you for listening, and go enjoy the rest of the tracks by the other talented musicians!

heyooo hyperunknown of noice on the keys .. with this one i tried to go back to the keygen style of chipmusic .. also had a blast in the tracker filling everything up - literally .. i would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who is still coding, making graphics and composing music on the amiga and pc, keeping the demoscene alive, you are the people i always looked up to even since i was a kid .. keep calm and MOV AX ..

So, you may have though, Chiperia was gone? Well, I, for one, am very happy that it wasn't! Still, it's been a while since I wrote the scroller which is due on your screen shortly - greetings to Revision 2024 attenders and all of my fine, feathered (or not) friends - now, exhibit 1, thee ancient covid-time scroller: Cough ... cough ... (got you frightened, have I?). Such jokes are out of order these days? Well, I guess, so am I - totally in need of repair, but the repairwoman's in quarantine. Oh, damnit!. Or perhaps not - enough bullshit for now. Anyway, this is Shapely Mirrors, a tune which has been resting in my archives for a few years, now to reach the spotlight in this super exciting edition of Chiperia. And the mirrors are totally bent out of shape and will thus bend you out of shape too. So you better get some exercise. Or relax, we're all going anyway sometime, though I suspect, not because of covid19. Don't panic out there, vi trackes ved. ps. Sorry - this scroller was entirely bullshit, I could have mentioned something about how important it is to preserve the productions of the Amiga demoscene and remembering to archive floppy disks and other old media by copying the data to modern media and how you should remember to do that and support the demoscene archives with your collections and tell all of your (former) demoscene contacts to do the same. For help and guidance, please re-read (or write to me at curtcool@depth.org).

This is Cutcreator writing a few words to accompany my tune. Originally composed in 2019, the tune has been waiting for a long time to get released. I am very happy that it is finally getting out. I have not composed any Amiga music since this tune. But I want to get some tracker music done again in 2024. Last year I upgraded my studio- and music-equipment. I got myself a 61-keys keyboard again. I haven’t had that since the 2000s. It feels great to be able to play with a broader key-range and compose with more creativity. It is so much easier to create interesting chord flows and melodies when you have more octaves on the keyboard. I did actually compose new music in 2023. A colleague of mine created a small NES game and asked for some music. So I used the FamiStudio music editor to compose a few tunes for the NES chipsets. Great fun and sounding very chippy. You can find those tunes and many others at my soundcloud profile (allan kirkeby). I also attended a gamejam in Sweden in 2023, and composed 2 tracks for games at the jam using my Logic DAW and plugins. These are not released yet, but they might appear on my soundcloud profile some time in the future. That’s it for my scroller. Greetings to everyone I know from the scene. Most of us are getting older now. So I send my best wishes for a happy life, family and health. Enjoy the tunes . . .

I'm really proud to finally contribute to the Chiperia series. I've been enjoying all the previous issues a lot. This edition is also full of wonderful chippies, and I hope the project will live long and prosper. Greetings to all the regulars at Nectarine.
